I meant of course SOME young men don't know what a woman means by "confident" and I think it's to the benefit of MANY young men to have a females explanation.

A woman may say, "damn that guy is a softy!" or "Gee that woman gets in a tizzy!" but what is a tizzy, is he soft in the head or the heart? If you get my meaning. Men generally don't follow women's behavior advice because they don't really get it sometimes. Sorry if I seem picky, but it took me many years talking to women to start to see how important it can be for men to really know what the hell YOU are talking about. but seriously honesty is way under appreciated. after i got into a big fight with my hopefully soon to be ex-wife i promised myself to always be honest..... let's just say it hasn't worked out that well.
in theory it's a good idea, and as one of my favorite commedians (can't remember the name right now) said, the most important thing is honesty, seriously if you can fake that you got it made.
but when your girlfriend asks you 'does this shirt look good on me ?' she doesn't ask for an opinion, so honesty isn't appreciated there. or woman walks past you on the street, she goes 'you think she's sexy ?' again, not asking for honesty.
